More
and more young people are being confronted with problems of a social,
psychological or educational nature that jeopardise their social
and professional integration. Their teachers feel totally unequipped
to counter these problems.
This project trains teachers in the ability to use the tools
for cognitive and social skills and also the methods used in working
with the pupils. |
|
1-
Adapt for schools and test two tools originally created for adults
with few qualifications:
? “Social Skills”, a tool with 18 series of exercises working
to develop autonomy, self-assertion, communication and adapting to
life in a company.
? “Work it Out”, a tool with 500 exercises in 4 levels
of difficulty, working on cognitive development, discovering learning
and problem-solving strategies, and self-assessment.
2- Create a teacher-training module that will allow teachers
to use the tools efficiently, together with the underlying pedagogical
approach.
3- Disseminate these tools on an Internet site accessible in
4 languages. |
